THANK YOU from FATHER DANIEL WHYTE
I wish to express an overflowing abundance of thanks to the people of Bangor Parish for the way they helped me enjoy so fully the jubilee of my ordination. Prayers, blessings, good wishes and gifts came my way from you; I was reminded of a few lines in Luke’s Gospel (Luke 6:38) “a good measure, pressed down and shaken together and running over.”
Your generosity to me was exceptional and I’m at a loss in adequately responding to it. Please accept this poor expression of genuine gratitude from a thankful heart for a celebration that activated for me the joy of my youth when He first called me to follow Him. The remembrance of my diamond anniversary in Bangor will stay with me always.
