Parish Information

The area which is served by the Parish of Bangor includes Helen’s Bay, Crawfordsburn, Bangor, Ballyholme, Groomsport, Donaghadee, Millisle.

With such a wide geographical area covered, much of the focus of parish life centres around the three parish churches of St. Comgall’s (Bangor), Most Holy Redeemer (Ballyholme) and St. Comgall’s (Donaghadee).

The largest of the three churches, St. Comgall’s is located on the Brunswick Road, Bangor and this site could be said to act as a hub for the parish as St. Comgall’s Presbytery, the Parish Office the Parish Centre as well as St. Comgall’s Primary School all being situated there.
