It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to the website of the Roman Catholic Parish of Bangor, (including Ballyholme and Donaghadee), in the Diocese of Down and Connor, Northern Ireland.

A painting of St Comgall's church, Brunswick Road, by David Francis in 1981. Showing the extended Church dedicated by his Eminence Cahal Cardinal Daly RIP then Bishop of Down and Connor following a 2 year building programme, in May 1983.
The Church was almost completly destroyed in a fire in January 1985, but following restoration was re-dedicated on the first Sunday of Advent in December 1985.
